Is WebTorrent working better for storing/accessing videos than IPFS?

sadly yes, ipfs is great for small file sizes but as soon you have big files, it slows with every GB on storage node, this was the main reason why we was forced on bit.tube to use hls chunks and there 1 level filesystem is also not the best option when you have many TB on data.

I really think BitTube is missing out on a wonderful branding opportunity. The community should embrace their namesake vegetables: tubers! We need more carrots and potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes (artichokes are tubers?? who knew!).

And it looks like the OG markup is failing. I haven't checked Facebook's debugger, but they don't work in Slack or my OG browser extension that shows OG previews. #bugreport

Also, I see that BitTubers is not an oEmbed provider. OpenGraph is good but I suggest supporting oEmbed as well...
Speaking of which, it doesn't seem like Bittubers reads OG stuff when you post links. That should really be implemented.

Everyone here should read that. That is what we are up against. I'm trying to make my videos search engine optimized, but what if the biggest search engine just de lists us? Google buying youtube should have been flagged as anti trust

Here is a quick way to clean Spotted Seatrout, or Speckled Sea Trout as some call them that is very easy, and has very little waste.
Trout can be a bit of a pain to clean because the meat is so soft, especially for Yellow Trout or Weakfish as they are sometimes called. What can help a lot is to put them on ice for some hours to chill the meat down. Generally overnight works.
Captain Roger Bump though, shows us how easy it is, he slays them as a pro!
Roger is a Professional Charter Captain, so if you are ever in North Florida and want someone to take you fishing, give him a call, he's all over FB and the other places. Im working on getting him into the Tube community!

In Kathmandu, Nepal people are moving by micro bus a lot. Especially to move around in Kathmandu, for short distances.
We stepped on this micro bus from the White Temple, just outside of Kathmandu, to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
It is cheap to take a micro bus, compared to taking a cab. Local people use these busses a lot and the busses are impressively full every time.
