Hey everyone, Mac here! Having been a fan of LEGO for so long that I made the transition from kid to an adult fan of LEGO (AFOL)! I've recently been migrating over from YouTube to what I hope is a more creator friendly platform and so far have been loving it! There are few times that I care to collect an entire set of blind bag minifigs but the DC Comics series is one I definitely want the full set of! I'm going to be making videos of the blind bag openings and selling off any doubles that I pick up along the way.

Did anyone really expect Poke’Mon to become the media phenomenon that it did when the first games were released in 1996? With the progression, evolution if you will, of the brand, it was only inevitable that we would see a live action movie of these little pocket monsters dominating the big screen. In honor of that movie hitting theaters we take a look at Mega Construx set FVK81, the Jumbo Pikachu. Almost a 1-to-1 representation of the most famous Poke’Mon that ever graced our TV screens!

Every Star Wars fans across the country celebrate May the Fourth as “Star Wars Day.” This year was the first time I had a chance to go out to a LEGO store on May the Fourth and celebrate with LEGO. And I was not disappointed. With all the giveaways, price drops, double VIP points and everything they had going on in the store for May the Fourth you would have thought that it actually was a national holiday! The COPPA hammer coming down in 2020 is going to change the landscape of YouTube. Many are heralding it as the "end of YouTube," but truthfully I don't think it's going to be that drastic. However, it does affect channels like mine. Very informative. That list is really open to interpretation and literally anything could end up being (or not being) content geared towards children... I started being more active on Twitter too btw, although i expect (especially if the COPPA issue gets out of hand) that at some point third party websites will start offering alerts etc for youtube, maybe even create their own algorithms for promoting relevant youtube content.

*It should be noted that this series went nowhere after this initial episode. I only added it to the postings and playlist for the sake of continuity in the episode count.
Today we have the 1st ever “Top 10” series video. This is part 1 of the Top 10 brick-built sets of 2019! This is the first installment of the “Top 10 of 2019” and so there is not much to consider in this video, but the pickings will grow through the year! Here are the rules for the Top 10.
1) The set must be on the shelf. Meaning that no retired set is a viable contender for the Top 10. The idea is that anyone could walk into a Target, Walmart, or any toy store and find it readily sitting on the shelf.
2) The set cannot be any special offer or exclusives. Meaning that items that are aquired by “spending X amount of dollars at a LEGO store or LEGO.com”. Once again, this is because it has to be readily available on any toy store shelf.
3) No blind bags.
4) Mac has to have bought it in 2019
